ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design modern, intuitive, and responsive user interfaces for websites and mobile applications.
- Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma, Adobe XD, or similar tools.
- Develop and maintain design systems, UI components, and style guides.
- Collaborate with UX designers to transform user flows and research insights into engaging interfaces.
- Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Ensure consistency in typography, colors, layouts, and branding across all digital products.
- Optimize designs for usability, accessibility, and responsive performance across devices.
- Conduct design reviews and refine interfaces based on stakeholder and user feedback.
- Stay updated with the latest UI design trends, tools, and best practices.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, Multimedia, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
- 2–5 years of experience in UI design for web and mobile applications.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating modern UI design projects.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools.
- Good understanding of design systems, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Knowledge of responsive design principles and accessibility standards.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end development workflows is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
