Terms & Conditions

The support during long weekends/national holidays may be delayed.
Support period would be in IST timezone only ( India Standard Timezone).
If a client is looking for support for any other time zone, such as MST/EST/PST/AEST, they must inform us at least one week in advance.
As per standard business practice, business days refer to Monday to Friday, and timing is 9 AM to 7 PM
If support is required on Saturday and Sunday, separate billing would be there ( 20 USD per hour)
No, new development would be considered in any of the "maintenance Packs". For new development, please refer to "Development Pack"
On-site visit/support would be an extra payable service apart from the package cost, i.e. ( 20 USD per hour, minimum billing for 4 business hrs)
There would be a single POC from both parties for smooth flow.
