What's Not Included

The following are not covered in standard success packs unless otherwise agreed:

• Hosting & infrastructure management
• Long-term SLA-based support (unless separately contracted)
• Data entry or bulk imports (can be added as a separate package)
• License costs (Odoo Enterprise or 3rd-party apps)
• Migration from Community to Enterprise
• Complex BI Dashboards or external data warehouse work
• WhatsApp, SMS, or advanced third-party integrations requiring enterprise-level scope

Terms & Conditions

• All hours must be consumed within the package validity period
• Unused hours do not roll over
• Client will be added to our internal Odoo Project Management tool for real-time update.
• Tasks must be pre-approved then only timer will be in "ON" state.
• The feasibility check period is a buffer period, which means the timer will be in the "OFF" state.
• No new development scope will be considered within the prescheduled scope once a timer is "ON".
• If an extra resource needs to be added to finish a task due to an urgent situation, extra billing would be there based on the resource's expertise.
• You can only avail your package in Business Days.
• Under no circumstances will there be any refunds for any purchases made
